This program provides participants with practical, hands-on training in cake decorating. Starting with the basics, students will learn the basics of frosting and smoothing a cake, adding borders, and making basic flowers. As students progress, they will work with butter cream and royal icings as well as fondant making more complicated edible cake decorations and character cakes. The final project will be a tiered wedding cake . Students must purchase all tools and supplies for these courses. A required tool and supply list will be provided at the first class session.
