Now is the perfect time of year to master your sauerkraut and fermented vegetables. Join this hands-on workshop to make sauerkraut and learn how to preserve any vegetable through fermentation. Trevor Ring, owner of Community Cultures, will guide you through making safe and flavorful products and inspire your culinary adventures.
