The e-book and all materials are included and you have six months to complete the program. This course will give students an in-depth understanding of the laws, regulations and ethical standards that impact and govern the conduct of licensees and it provides an understanding of the activities involved in constructing a residential sales transaction. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to take the real estate licensing exam with the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
