Journaling the Second Half of Life
Students will learn about the benefits of journaling to enhance personal growth for the second half of life. Learn a variety of journaling exercises that will help you to reflect on how past experiences and relationships have impacted your lives.? Students will also learn how journaling can help envision lives going forward and set goals to live your best life. Students will be encouraged to discuss the exercises in class but are not required to. Students should bring a notebook and pen or pencil to class.
