Introduction to Food Preparation for Persons Needing Learning Supports

This one hundred five-hour course is designed for persons needing learning supports and includes a hands-on approach for the development of skills needed for food preparation. Cutting, slicing, and safety knife skills, along with the preparation of various fruits, vegetables and meats will be demonstrated and practiced throughout this course.
