The Fair Housing Act
The objective of this 3.5-hour class is to ensure that licensees understand the Fair Housing Act & the Fair Housing Amendments Act, which added sex, disability, and Familia status. Licensees must have a thorough knowledge of both state and federal fair housing laws.
