Real Estate General Module
This workforce development course will help the students develop or upgrade the industry skills that are necessary or required for Real Estate Sales Agents in a competitive economy. The skills that will be developed, upgraded or updated by this course are: Listing the duties of licensees; discussing closing costs; using the agreement of sale, addenda, and special clauses. After this course the student will have the ability to discuss general real estate requirements.
