PA Real Estate Fundamentals & Practice
The objective of this sixty (60) hour course is to build a foundation in real estate and provide a continuation of the study of real estate for those seeking to qualify to take the real estate sales person state exam. This course introduces the student to the laws, principles and language involved in the industry of real estate. Major topics include; rights in real estate; concepts of land and property; and the laws and methods that govern the transfer of property. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the standard procedures, ethics, techniques and rules that surround real estate transactions. This course also offers an introduction into the forms needed for real estate transactions.
