Real Estate Fundamentals & Practice
This 60-hour course will provide instruction to students who intend to become real estate agents or those interested in gaining general knowledge in the field of real estate. Students who successfully complete this course and meet attendance requirements (80% of class time) will receive an official transcript. The book Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania 13th Edition (Bellaris) is required for class, but is not included in the course cost. Please bring a business calculator to class.
