Practicing Mindfulness using Lego® Bricks

Looking for a way to de-stress, but struggle with meditation? Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of your mind, body, and feelings in the present moment, creating a feeling of calm. In this online introductory course, we will explore different mindfulness techniques through play with LEGO® bricks. Bricks are required, but you can use whatever you have at home.
