Practicing Mindfulness using Lego® Bricks

Looking for a way to de-stress, but struggle with meditating. Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of your mind, body, and feelings in the present moment, creating a feeling of calm. Throughout this course, you will explore different mindfulness strategies while using Lego® bricks as a focusing tool. Bricks to use in class will be available, but students are welcome to bring their own. Materials will be discussed in-depth during the first class.
