Optimal Body/Mind Health through Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a holistic health system that originated in India. It teaches us about individualized awareness, which we can, then use in our daily lives to guide our diet and lifestyle choices. Proper choices can help us to experience physical and mental well-being as well as emotional stability. In this class, you will learn about your own body/mind type and how to use this knowledge to guide you in making the best daily choices for experiencing optimal health. Emphasis will be on the basics of Ayurveda, which include proper nutrition; healthy digestion; and optimal routines.
