Health and Harmony Through Breath Awareness

In this class, you will learn all about the powerful effects the breath can have on your physical and mental well-being. We will cover a brief review of the physiology of breath and breathing mechanics as well as the latest research on the breath. Every week you will learn practices to enhance your breathing process as well as techniques you can integrate into your life so that you may experience relaxation and well-being daily.
