France & French for Tourists

This course is designed for students who plan to travel to France and wish to acquire basic French language skills and cultural knowledge to enhance their travel experience. The course combines language instruction with cultural insights, providing students with the tools they need to navigate everyday situations, understand French lifestyles and customs, and appreciate the cultural richness of France. All the resources are available on Padlet. This class is for the most part taught on Zoom and usually 3 field trips are offered during the semester (French cheese tasting, French movie night and French restaurant - not included in the enrollment fees). You will be fully immersed in a French atmosphere before your trip !
