Target Health: Take Care of Your Body And It Will Take Care of You

This is a four week health positive series that teaches simple lifestyle changes that will combat common health issues. Students will learn practical methods and tips to restore health with nutrition. Each week we will focus on one specific, but common, issue and investigate the ways to support the body with nutrition. Health issues we will address include: high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
