Intro to Intuitive Eating Workshop

We will review the science showing that most weight loss efforts are unsustainable and can be harmful, and that fat does not equate with unhealthy. You will be introduced to the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating and how they can support your health and well-being through learning to reject the diet mentality, trust and follow your body's cues, find joy in food, and respect and take care of your here-and-now body.
