Food Cravings
Why do we always crave the unhealthy foods like ice cream and potato chips? In this class, students will learn what's going on in the body when you have a food craving, the real cause of food cravings, and how to reduce & replace unhealthy food cravings. Students will also learn how to follow a healthy diet while still enjoying their favorite foods, how to eat mindfully and avoid overeating, and how to snack in a healthy way. This class will give students simple lifestyle changes for healthy living and weight loss support. Handouts and resources will be provided.
