Soup for Supper
A good hearty soup served with crusty bread, a simple salad and a yummy dessert makes a wonderful, easy to prepare meal fancy enough to serve for company. Students will learn to prepare robust and savory soups that freeze well when they need meals in a hurry. Cost includes all materials.
