New! Brews & Views: a Pittsburgh Brewing Tour & Beer Crafting Experience

In this immersive course, students will visit various breweries throughout Pittsburgh to learn firsthand about the brewing process, the ingredients that go into beer, and the rich history of the city's brewing industry. Participants will gain insights from industry experts while exploring how different beer styles pair with food to enhance flavors. Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast or simply curious about Pittsburgh's brewing culture, this course offers a unique blend of education, tasting, and local history. Please call 412-788-7507 for off site location information: Session 1 (at Brewery A): Cover the hot and cold sides of brewing, discuss ingredients, and introduce a segment on beer basics. Session 2 (at Brewery B): Focus on beer tasting, provide insights on Pittsburgh's brewing history, explore beer styles, and discuss food and beer pairings.

**Please note that this class meets on two Fridays -June 6 and June 20th only from 4 PM -5:30 PM** (there is no class on June 13 -this is just a two session course)
