Chinese Cooking Workshop

Learn the basics of Chinese cooking while preparing and enjoying colorful and tasty Chinese dishes including Wonton soup, Kung Pao shrimp, pork lettuce wraps, crab puffs, and General Tso's chicken with broccoli. Students will learn knife skills, presentation and cooking techniques specific to Chinese food. Bring an apron.
