Tabata

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Round 1 will be cardio which can be modified for high or low intensity, Round 2 will be legs, Round 3 arms, round 4 core. 4 rounds = 1 set. The class will have a warm up, 3 sets and a cool down. A mat and hand weights are recommended to benefit most from this format.
