Strong Bodies Strong Bones

Exercise plays an important role in building and maintaining bone strength. The correct workout can rebuild bone and reduce fractures. Muscle strenth also protects your bones. Exercise physiologist, Anne Brucker, presents a gentle, joint friendly, OsteoSmart program that strengthens the spine and is suitable for men and women of all ages. Students should bring a pair of 2 or 3 lb hand weights.
