RIPPED

This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing dumbbells, resistance and body weight, combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun & effective. The focus and activities change every 6 to 9 minutes. No boredom here, for all levels, R.I.P.P.E.D. is effective, it's tough yet doable. Cardio. Weights. Fun. DONE! Bring a mat, lights weights and water.
