PLYOGA

Cardio "bursts" combined with Yoga elements merge to make a super fun fitness experience! PLYOGA does not move to the beat of the music, so each participant can fall in line with a timing and intensity that fits their fitness level. No equipment necessary, but a mat or carpeting is recommended.
