Time Management
This 4 hour workshop is designed for leaders/supervisors to gain an understanding of time management concepts and illustrate practical ways to work effectively and efficiently. The workshop will also provide the tools necessary to more efficiently manage time through identification of goals and objectives, effective prioritization and management of multiple priorities.
