Introduction to the Enneagram
Which one are you?: Mediator? Perfectionist? Giver? Achiever? Individualist? Observer? Epicure? Protector? The Enneagram is a highly accurate tool that identifies our intuitive gifts, as well as how we see ourselves, how we view the world, what we seek, what we avoid, and how we use our defense mechanisms when we get triggered. (Often we can recognize these in others before we see them in ourselves). Understanding our motivations and seeing our blind spots improves how we communication, give and receive feedback, make decisions, resolve conflicts, and be more productive.
