Sewing: Intermediate

Enhance your sewing skills with this intermediate sewing class. A great course for those who know the basics of utilizing patterns and garment construction, but want to work on more advanced skills. Primary focus will be on clothing techniques including, hems, necklines and pockets. Students must have their own machine and students will be responsible for material costs for their project.

Please bring your own sewing machine to class and the supplies listed below.

**A sewing machine that can be brought to class in good working condition**

2 to 3 bobbins

Extra needles for the sewing machine

2 or 3 spools of white or cream thread

Presser feet for your machine including a standard and a zipper foot.

Extension cord

2 yards of 100% quilt cotton. Any light pattern or color (no dark fabric). Will be used for samples so buy clearance fabric. NO thrifted sheets please.
