Broker & Licensee Responsibilities
The objective of this 3-hour class is to ensure that licensees understand the obligations of both brokers and licensees in areas such as general supervision, advertising, and property management. Furthermore, through case studies presented by the Commission, you will gain insights into specific instances of disciplinary actions and regulatory violations, helping you steer clear of potential issues. This three-hour mandatory course meets the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission's requirements for the 2022-2024 Core course on Broker and Licensee Responsibilities.
