Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program+
"10 KEYS" TO HEALTHY AGING The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program + "10 Keys" to Healthy Aging is specifically for people with arthritis or arthritis-related conditions. The gentle, joint-safe exercises help relieve stiffness and decrease arthritis pain, giving most participants an increased confidence in their ability to continue activities. The "10 Keys" to Healthy Aging offers strategies and information on how to set and achieve goals for healthy behaviors that can help maintain health and prevent disability and disease. This low impact, fun class can be taken either sitting or standing and is taught by an Arthritis Foundation + "10 Keys" certified instructor.
