Incorporate into your aerobic routine these easy-to-follow dance steps that minimize stress on your joints as well as floor work and stretching to strengthen your core. Students select their level of impact and intensity according to their fitness level. The result is an effective calorie-burning and toning workout. Bring a mat or towel and water to class.
