Certified Lead Renovator Refresher
This four (4) hour course will train renovation, repair, and painting contractors how to work safely with lead-based paint and comply with EPA?s Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule and HUD?s Lead Safe Housing Rule. It is designed for individuals who have previously completed a HUD or EPA approved lead-safe work practices training course and now need to become a Certified Renovator or who need to meet EPA RRP requirements for Certified Renovator refresher training. A certificate of completion for the course previously completed is MANDATORY for admission to this program.
