Intro to Programmable Logic Controllers
This 32-hour course develops knowledge and skills in programmable logic controllers. Beginning with an introduction to the ladder logic programming at the basis of PLCs, the course goes through interfacing both digital and analog input and output techniques, event sequencing, motor control, and counter/ timer applications. The use of system indicators, diagnostics, and I/O module indicators for troubleshooting will be practiced by the student.
