Compressors/Condensers/Cooling Towers
This 8-hour class will provide comprehensive instruction on three major components of refrigeration and air conditioning systems: compressors, condensers, and cooling towers. Students will gain knowledge of types of compressors, (open, semi-hermetic, and hermetic). Air-cooled condensers, water-cooled condensers, evaporative condensers and cooling towers, and water treatment are also covered. Safety aspects of work on this equipment will be covered.
