CompTIA Network+ Certification

In this 40-hour course students will describe the major networking technologies and systems of modern networks, and be able to configure, manage, and troubleshoot modern networks. This course will help the student prepare for the N10-006 exam and certification. To ensure success in this course students will need basic Windows end-user computer skills. To obtain the Network+ certification, students must pass the CompTIA Network+ Exam N10-006. Typical students taking this exam should have a minimum of nine months of professional computer support experience as a PC or help desk technician. Networking experience is helpful as is A+ certification or equivalent skills and knowledge, but neither is mandatory. Pre-requisites for this course are: CompTIA A+ Certification, Windows 8 Transition from Windows 7 and Using Microsoft Windows 8.
