CLE Recent Pennsylvania Cases Involving Real Estate Issues and Related Ethics Issues
This three (3) hour course will examine recent real estate cases from the Pennsylvania appellate courts that address: oil and gas titles including the right of capture; "title wash" of deed reservations on tax sale properties; public taking of rights in land; zoning including short term occupancy; federal enhanced voucher rental assistance; mortgage foreclosure; Unfair Trade Practices Consumer Protection Law and treble damages and attorney fees. This seminar will also address recent real estate cases involving ethics and charges in ethics rules of interest to real estate practitioners.
