CLE Understanding Personality Profiles When Working With Clients
This three (3) hour course will provide insight into the four different personality, (behavioral and communication) styles clients use. Understanding the four different types will help you understand a client's particular personality, communication style, and behavioral responses to particular situations and social influences. Understanding these basic factors can build a stronger and more productive working relationship.
