Delegating for Supervisors
This 3-hour program is appropriate for any supervisor who wants to improve delegating skills. Together we will explore why it's in your best interest as a supervisor to delegate to staff. Then we will explore how and what to delegate along with following up and giving feedback. Learners will be given an opportunity to consider and create an action plan of activities which they can delegate to their staff.
