Landscape Management Apprenticeship Program
This 144-hour course will prepare individuals to work in the landscape field and competently perform the basic tasks of the landscaping trade. Topics will include: landscape design and development, site preparation, soil analysis and preparation, plant and turf installation, landscaping plant and bed maintenance, irrigation techniques and insect, disease and pest control. Salesmanship, customer service communication and problem solving will also be discussed. Students will apply these concepts in hands-on activities on actual landscape projects.
