Strategic Planning for Nursing Home Administrators
This course will prepare the students to identify the nursing home's role in basic community. It will identify consumer organizations and list the ways of communicating the services of the nursing to the residents and the public. Marketing methods used to explore public relations in the nursing home area are reviewed. The elements that identify and recognize the need for change will be discussed. Methods of data collection on which to base change will be reviewed and discussed. A problem solving approach will be used to present the information and assess the potentional effectiveness of change.
