Personnel Management for Nursing Home Administrators

This course is designed to provide the student with the skill necessary to asses and identify the staffing needs and provide the necessary training. Set the standards for the different positions of employment. Work within the labor laws and regulations for filing the positions. Recognize proper employment background checks, interviewing skills, medical, criminal and work history clearances. Prepare the student in employee evaluations and counseling skills, as well as, grievance procedures. Provide information on union organizations.
