Medical Terminology
Medical Terminology introduces students to the language of medicine - a critical skill for any health career professional. In this online class, students will be introduced to word roots, prefixes and suffixes as well as how the words work together to tell the stories important to healthcare. Assignments will include viewing videos, reading assigned chapters, completing assignments (e.g. weekly quizzes), interacting on discussion board assignments and minimal research on applying medical terms.
