Empathizing With Those Who Hear Voices
This three-hour program is based on material developed by Patricia Deegan, PhD. This class opens with information about the voice hearing experience and is based on personal experience of individuals who hear voices. There will also be a review of current literature written on this topic. Participants will have the opportunity to use headphones to experience what distressing voices are like while given a task to perform.
