Reiki

Participants will experience the healing power of Reiki and learn the theory of this Japanese form of meditation. In addition, participants will learn about the Reiki symbols, the art of sending Reiki, the meaning of Reiki colors, different Reiki levels, how to use Reiki for self-healing, and the process to become a Reiki practitioner. Each session will include open discussion and healing Reiki meditation.
