The purpose of this course is to equip project managers and project team members with the skills, knowledge and techniques necessary to effectively manage multiple projects. Topics covered include identifying multi-project logical dependencies, resource management, risks, and communications. Management of stakeholder expectations and applying scheduling and estimating best practices will covered.also be covered.
