Mind,body,spirit Yoga

This yoga class offers a holistic journey for the mind, body, and spirit, rooted in the 8 limbs paths of yoga. It does not focus on physical exercise but rather includes a practice of more profound self-discovery and healing. You will be guided with intentionality, nurturing a transformative path toward inner awareness and balance.
