Senior Move/Tone

Senior Move/Tone is designed for the adult who wants to participate in group fitness in order to either maintain or improve their activity level. All the moves can be done standing or sitting in a chair. Light weights ( 1-3 lbs for Women and 1-5 lbs for men) are recommended to achieve the best results.
