Cooking for a Crowd

Feed the game day crowd with easy to make, hearty and robust Italian American Peasant food. Using minimal ingredients, make and eat the traditional Italian-American classics including Neapolitan Antipasto, Tomato and Basil Bruschetta, Easy Minestrone Soup and Garlic Bread, Nonna's Sausage and Peppers and Nutella Pizza for dessert. Students will taste all of the dishes prepared and take home recipes so they can recreate these dishes at home. Please bring an apron and an appetite.
