Ms Outlook for the Office Professional

This 15-hour course introduces the student to MS Outlook as a communication tool on the job. The student will learn how to compose, send, open, read, print, reply to and delete electronic messages; send, open and store attachments; create an email signature; flag and sort email messages; use delivery options; use copy and blind copy features; create a personal folder and contact list; use the Find feature to locate a contact; and track activities of a contact. The student will also use the Outlook calendar and tasks features to manage personal time and tasks. Computerized simulations are used to give a real world feel to these actitivies.
