Fine-Tuning the Framework of Fascia
This course is a very powerful addition to any bodyworker's practice. Fascia encompasses all structures within the body and plays many important roles in overall health and well-being. Becoming restricted from physical and mental stressors, the fascial system often reacts with stiffness and pain. Clients benefit greatly from myofascial work and are able to achieve lasting improvement in soft tissue as a result. Therapists are able to realize the importance of fascial tissue and its role in helping clients improve and maintain their overall health and wellness.
