Cle Ethics in Litigation
This three (3) hour course examines applications of legal ethics in various common civil litigation settings involving your duties to your client, to opposing counsel and to the court. Featured will be examples of ethical issues that arise in testimony either in court or in deposition, in document productions and in advocacy, whether in brief writing or argument and lastly, the special obligations in e-discovery.
