Understanding the Organization
In this 2.5 hour course the following topics will be covered: Principals and measurements of competencies in the organization; how leadership and organization can benefit all levels of company; building awareness of self, of alliance and partnerships in the organization; the resources involved and the strategy of the company that make it succeed and creating a culture of self-improvement and self-sufficiency.
